CNC Plasma Cutting

Offering contract, prototyping, and OEM CNC plasma cutting services, McLaughlin Body works with several intended applications, including heavy duty vehicles, pipes, and pressure vessels. Because we’re ISO-9001-2008 and Mil-spec compliant, we’re prepared to handle even the most sensitive applications. We’re happy to cut carbon steel, stainless steel, and armor plate, using our high-definition cutting head CNC. With 3 different cutting axes, we’ll cut a range of three-dimensional parts according to customer specifications. Our cutting thickness capabilities are 2” for carbon steel, 2” for armor steel plate, and 1” for stainless steel. We can cut a maximum of 14 feet in length, 10 feet in width, and 10 feet in diameter, with a minimum kerf measurement of 0.1 inches.
